Order of the World Brand Development Committee

The "Working Regulations of the National and Regional Working Committees of the World Brand Development Committee", which were adopted at the 24th executive meeting of WIBDC on August 22, 2022, are hereby promulgated, and shall come into force on August 22, 2022.

Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1:Under the background that forged brands have become the second largest cancer and the first major danger endangering the health, safety and happiness of all human beings, the World Brand Organization was established to thoroughly control the flood and spread of forged brands in global international trade and human life and production.The World Brand Development Committee is jointly sponsored and participated by the former President of the General Assembly, the President of the Executive Committee of the United Nations NGO, the multinational delegations to the United Nations (non permanent five countries) in the name of non-governmental organizations and experts and scholars from more than 90 countries around the world,It is a non-governmental, non-profit global independent legal person international organization approved by the Executive Committee of the United Nations ngo and registered by the government of the country where it is registered.

Article 2:The tasks and purposes of the World Brand Development Committee are:

Brand science, quality world -- brand science

Its main functions and missions are:

Promote and guide the healthy construction and rapid development of global international brands, formulate and implement a globally unified non political, non subjective and emotional, wibeis scientific evaluation index system, and conductnon-geopoliticized wibeis scientific evaluation, certification, confirmation and release of national brand goods in global international trade practices.

Its ultimate goal and highest goal are:

The whole world and mankind know the real brand, choose the real brand, recognize, resist and abandon the forged brand, and ensure the health, safety, peace and happiness of all mankind.

The World Brand Organization advocates that countries, regardless of their size, and regions, regardless of their wealth, are equal; Advocate that brand work should be separated from politics, and should not be use brand attack and restrict the development of third countries and regions;Abide by the Charter and purposes of the United Nations, abide by the laws and regulations of various countries and regions, and under the leadership of the Executive Committee of the United Nations ngo, give full play to the role of non-governmental organizations to serve the economies of countries around the world;

As the highest international leading organization and authoritative platform for the construction and development of international brands in the world, WIBDC/WCOIB,it is about whether the commodities of various countries in the world's international trade are brands, and what level of international brands are they?and aglobal international legal person organization that conducts scientific evaluation, certification, accreditation and release.

Formulate and identify the evaluation criteria of world international brands;

Carry out the evaluation, certification, recognition, release, evaluation, publicity, naming and recognition activities of the world's international brands;

Strengthen the supervision and management of world international brands in global international trade;

Safeguard the intellectual property rights of international brands and crack down on producers, sellers, disseminators and promoters of fake and inferior products;

To carry out scientific and technological exchanges;

Promote fair trade in brand products of all countries in the world;

Promote the economic, cultural and social development of all countries in the world, improve the quality of life of people around the world, and make contributions to poverty eradication.

Article 3:The National Working Committees shall have the posts of Director General, Chairman, Executive Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary General. The Director General, Chairman, Executive Chairman and Vice Chairman shall be appointed by the World Brand Development Committee, the Secretary General shall be selected and appointed by the National Working Committees themselves, and the internal organs shall be determined by the National Working Committees.

Chapter II Jurisdiction

Article 4:Working committees of all countries in the world work under the leadership of the World Brand Development Committee, and are subject to and accept the guidance of the working committees of all continents and the competent business departments of the host countries.

Article 5:According to the authorization of the World Brand Development Committee, the working committees of various countries and regions should pay membership dues to the World Brand Development Committee every year in accordance with relevant regulations.The work funds of each continent, country and regional working committees are allocated by the headquarters in a unified proportion or self-raised according to the amount submitted.

Article 6:Under the guidance of the working committee of each continent, the working committee of each country may establish and manage its own branches in the country and region where it is located. The branches do not have the qualification of a first-class legal person.

Article 7:On the basis of the authorization of the World International Brand Development Committee, the national working committee can hold the World International Brand Conference, and can also organize individual brand selection and naming recognition meetings. And can carry out activities of selection, naming and recognition of various brands in our country and region (which need to be reviewed and filed by the headquarters of WIBDC).

Chapter III Establishment Procedures

Article 8:The working committee members of all continents, countries and regions shall be established with the approval of the World Brand Development Committee, and shall be registered in accordance with the law in the country and region where the office is located, and shall have the qualification of a first-class legal person.

Article 9:The annual work plans of national and regional working committees shall be examined and approved by the working committee members of each continent, and when necessary, they can also be submitted to the World Brand Development Committee for direct examination and approval.Go through the filing procedures in the country and region where it is located in accordance with laws and regulations.

Article 10:The articles of association of national and regional working committees shall be drafted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the local government and submitted to the World International Brand Development Committee for the record.

Chapter IV Alteration and Cancellation

Article 11:The change and cancellation of national working committee shall be reported by the working committee of each continent to the World International Brand Development Committee for approval, and under special circumstances, it can be directly reported to the World Brand Development Committee for approval.

Article 12:Under the guidance of various training committees, the canceled national and regional working committees shall audit the financial assets of the units that have been changed and canceled. The remaining assets and property after being written off shall be owned by the World Brand Development Committee. No unit or individual may privately divide or occupy it.

Chapter V Naming and Management

Article 13:The World Brand Development Committee shall organize and convene the World International Brand Conference every four years; The intercontinental brand conference is held every two years by the working committees of each continent;National working committees hold one to two single brand exhibitions (in the same industry), appraisals and commendations, and press conferences every year.

Chapter VI Operation Mode

Article 14:The working funds and salaries of national and regional working committee members are mainly extracted from the exhibition and selection activities, and sponsorship fees, advertising and publicity fees can be collected.

Article 15:Countries and regions may appropriate appropriate working funds from grassroots units in the process of holding exhibitions and evaluating cities, which shall be provided by the government agencies or individuals of the exhibitors.

Article 16:All fees (including advertising fees) collected by each working committee must be subject to a legal agreement signed with the partner.

Article 17:All the revenues from the work committees of various countries undertaking the World Brand Conference or holding single brand conferences (including exhibitions) shall be submitted to the World Brand Development Committee at a ratio of 30%+10% (if there is an agreement, it shall be handled according to the agreement).

Chapter VII Penalty Provisions

Article 18:The World Brand Development Committee shall register and manage the world's international brands that have been named. It shall re inspect or evaluate their products every two years. If problems are found, it shall give a warning for the first time and make rectification within a time limit. If the rectification fails, the World Brand Development Committee shall issue an announcement to obtain the qualification of a world brand.

Article 19:Countries and regions shall not use the world's international brands for products that have not passed the evaluation of wibeis scientific evaluation index system by the United Nations World International Brand Evaluation Center and have not been approved by the World Brand Development Committee, and shall not carry out any form of advertising.If the intellectual property rights of world international brands are infringed, the Global Counterfeit Brands Governance Office of the World Brand Development Committee will punish them in accordance with the Charter of the World Quality Committee and relevant international laws after inspection and verification, and give public warnings to the world.

Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions

Article 20:The World International Brand Development Committee shall establish the World International Brand Arbitration Committee, which shall be composed of the chairman or vice chairmen of the working committees of all continents, and may also be composed of experts designated by the World International Brand Development Committee.

Article 21:The Arbitration Commission of the World International Brand Development Commission is one of the highest authorities of the organization and has the final arbitration power over the industry.

Article 22:The national and regional working committee shall, with reference to the Ministry, organize the establishment of a brand arbitration committee to manage various disputes concerning brands in their own countries and regions. Those who refuse to accept the decision may appeal to the World Brand Development Committee Arbitration Committee.

Article 23:These Regulations shall be promulgated and implemented on August 22, 2022.

Annex I:

1. Conference mechanisms

UN WIBDC/WCOIB

Every year, the World Brand Development Committee Conference (World Brand Development Direction Research Conference), several world international brand evaluation review meetings, WIBDC/WCOIB office meetings and special conferences are held.

Every year, a working conference with representatives of national and regional working committees and a global brand conference will be held to summarize the work of the year and study the work plan for the new year.

The G99 Summit, which is attended by representatives of 99 countries, is held every two years to discuss world affairs (retreat) and study the issue of world brands in global international trade.

The World International Brand Conference (WCOIB - Global Brand Olympics) is held every four years, and the Intercontinental International Brand Conference (WCOIB - Intercontinental Brand Olympics) is held every two years in all continents.

Each professional committee shall hold an annual professional meeting every year.

Each continent of the United Nations WIBDC/WCOIB holds a national and regional working committee to participate in the working meeting once a year to summarize their work in that year and study their work plans for the new year.
